The School of Prayer

We believe that prayer is the essential element to any substantial move of God in history.  This key factor, rooted in the Great Commandment to "love the Lord our God with all our heart mind soul and strength" is necessary for the fulfillment of the New Evangelization?.  When we pray well we also live the Gospel well.  It is in the radical living out of the Gospel that we are the visible light of Christ to a dark and dying world. 
 
 "If you knew the gift of God!" The wonder of prayer is revealed beside the well where we come seeking water: there, Christ comes to meet every human being. It is he who first seeks us and asks us for a drink. Jesus thirsts; his asking arises from the depths of God's desire for us. Whether we realize it or not, prayer is the encounter of God's thirst with ours. God thirsts that we may thirst for him."
